After securing a hard fought one nil win away to Bomas last weekend, We face Mount Kenya University from Thika on Saturday at Lower Kabete campus at 3pm. We are currently topping the league table with nine points after wining all our opening three matches with Gor Mahia youth following closely second with seven points after two wins and one draw.

Tomorrow’s opponent are fourth on the log on six points after two wins and one loss and have the experience of playing in the division for several seasons, meaning it won’t be a walk in the park and we will have to be at our very best to earn maximum points at home tomorrow.

With only Museveni missing through injury and Grosso and Melvo both who are absent due to work commitments, coach GS will have the rest of the squad available for rotation. He also confirmed that Musa will be reinstated between the sticks tomorrow even after an impressive debut by Bena against Bomas. Here’s all he had to say about tomorrow’s match;

Coach GS on the plan to stop MKU: ” We will stick to our game and force them to adapt. Being the home turf that favors our passing, we ill play our way but just crank up the tempo a bit”

Coach GS on rotating the goalkeepers; ” We have three top keepers, all talented. I’ll have to Musa get a run out so that he doesn’t get rusty. For as long as they are all fit, they’ll keep rotating for game time”

See you guys at the game tomorrow. We either win or they lose.
